Assistant Manager B2B

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assist Head of B2B Channel to achieve sales target and projected profit
  2. Make monthly sales forecast and ensure that sales achievement can reach monthly sales forecast
  3. Monitor sales achievement and sell products to dealers via online or offlineEnsure stock availability, deliver product, and after sales service
  4. Maintain and monitor AR payable from B2B dealers
  5. Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
  6. Update B2B monthly report (B2B achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)
  7. Support sales promotion activities
  8. Assist Head of B2B channel to operate the B2B channel in line with company procedures and policies

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Economic/related
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in same position
  3. Fluent in english and mandarinPresistent, number friendly and detail oriented
  4. Fast learner and effective working
  5. Good negotiation skill
  6. Good sales management & relationship
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skill
  8. Strong leadership, people management, persuasive and innovative
  9. Logically and analytically minded
  10. Quick adapt to any requirement
